These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services offered by xxx365, accessible at xxx365.app, including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, specialty games, and any promotional activities. 2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance in your xxx365 account and must be wagered before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

7.1 Suspension

An account may be temporarily suspended during an investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, identity verification failure, or unusual betting patterns. During a suspension, the Player will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets. xxx365 will notify the Player by email when an investigation is concluded and advise on the outcome.

7.2 Closure by xxx365

xxx365 may permanently close a Player account in circumstances including but not limited to: confirmed Terms violations, confirmed fraud or money laundering, confirmed use of automated betting tools, provision of false identity information, or aggressive/abusive conduct directed at staff. When an account is closed for Terms violations, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the violation.

7.3 Voluntary Account Closure

8.2 Dispute Resolution

By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration. xxx365 does not make any specific representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction — it is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the xxx365 platform complies with the laws of your country or region of residence.

8.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the xxx365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and xxx365 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings — whether written or oral — between you and xxx365 regarding the subject matter herein.
